more in depth course for those who have completed the RHS Level 2 Certificate,
or similar course. The Practical Module does not require prior experience or qualifications
and is open to everyone.
The RHS Level 3 Certificate has been formulated to meet the requirements of the Qualification and Credit Framewordk, which is a jointly regulated qualifications framework for England (QFQUAL), Wales (DECELLS), and Northern Ireland (CCEA). The objectives are to:

Establish a national qualifications framework that is easier for all users to understand.
Reduce the burden of bureaucracy in the accreditation and assessment of qualifications.
